Creative Associates seeks a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) to lead the anticipated USAID-funded Zambia Foundational Learning Activity, which will support the delivery of foundational learning in the early grades to improve learning outcomes.   Position Summary: The DCOP will be responsible for supporting the Chief of Party (COP) in the day-to-day management of the program, namely the coordination of project technical personnel and operational functions, including ensuring that financial reporting requirements are met and adherence to the operations of the project.
