Position Summary:   The Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the Chief of Party in managing the Contractor’s day-to-day field presence in the areas of operations, including the project's facilities (such as office space, equipment and project vehicles), administration, logistics, procurement, budgeting and financial accounting (which may include cash flow management, timesheet recording and daily monitoring of obligations, budgets, and expenditures). The OM is responsible for ensuring compliance with USAID rules and regulations and coordinating with the Contractor Home Office on all compliance issues, seeking legal and policy guidance on any applicable restrictions, which may include: monitoring grantee worthiness; assuring fair and transparent procurement processes; reviewing financial management; and monitoring activity implementation.   The position will be based in the LAC region. In close coordination with the US Embassy and USAID, the goal of the USAID/OTI-funded Littorals Regional Initiative (LRI) is to support US foreign policy priorities to shore up stability and prevent violent extremism in the Littoral region, including Togo and Benin. The program’s head office is located in Accra, with program activities taking place in Guinea, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo and Benin. Initial objectives include: - Rapidly delivering effective and relevant programming on the ground in Togo and Benin through targeted small grant interventions that may be scaled up. - Informing USG programming by piloting approaches and sharing reporting. - Providing rapid response capacity, from hiring STTAs to initiating rapid response activities, in the event of a crisis or opportunity. POSITION SUMMARY The Regional Program Manager (RPM) will be responsible for LRI’s overall operations and programming in Togo and Benin. The RPM will lead directly and remotely teams in both countries, effectively designing, implementing and monitoring a portfolio of small grants designed to deliver quick impact.   As a member of LRI’s Senior Management Team, the RPM will work with USAID/OTI and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize and design activities that will respond to community priorities in order to further the objectives of the LRI program. The RPM will be expected to liaise with various levels of stakeholders, including government officials, security actors, civil society organizations and community actors, and must therefore possess and display strong leadership and representational skills. The RPM will be expected to report daily to and receive guidance from Senior Management.   Location Note: The position is currently based in Lomé, Togo with extensive travel to Benin. It could involve relocating to another region of Togo, or to another country of the Littoral region. Candidates must therefore be willing to be flexible in terms of location.   REPORTING & SUPERVISION The RPM reports to the Chief of Party (COP). The program, in partnership with the Government of Somalia will engage in the design and development of policies that improve access and support to accelerated basic education, increase student enrollment in accelerated education program (AEP) sites, roll-out comprehensive curriculum and monitor acquisition of literacy, numeracy, and socio-emotional learning (SEL) skills among targeted learners. The program will aim to reach targets and enhance the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) Ministry of Education, Culture, and Higher Education’s (MoECHE’s) capacity to regulate them.   Position Summary: The Deputy Chief of Party(program implementation/operations) will provide overall oversight and day-to-day management and coordination of activities, operations and administration, including oversight of grants, human resources officers, and procurement processes. S/he will work alongside the CoP and the DCoP Technical to ensure that the delivery of activities by both Creative and our sub-contractors meet the required contract milestones. S/he should have appropriate levels of expertise, in effective program implementation, and possess the relevant management, communication, and interpersonal skills required to fulfill this role.The DCoP is required to undertake a collaborative and capacity-building approach with BAB team members, partner organizations, most notably the programs’ local implementing partners, and local Government officials, to ensure an inclusive collaborative approach that will result in the achievement of program outputs and outcomes.   Reporting and Supervision:   The DCoP will report to the Chief of Party (CoP) and will supervise a number of project staff including human resources and admin manager, grants manager, operations and procurement manager. The DCOP will also line manage the program coordinator and BAB field based staff in South West and Hirshabelle.

POSITION SUMMARY The Journalist is responsible for telling the story of the LRI program through the proactive coverage of activities. Akin to an investigative journalist, they will gather and analyses complex information related to the social, political, and economic context and program activity implementation to produce compelling and rigorously fact-checked stories. Through qualitative data collection techniques, including interviews and focus group discussions, as well as observational techniques and photography, the Journalist helps the team learn how its activities contribute to the overall program goal.     Location Note: The Journalist will be based in northern Ghana, and the exact city is to be determined.   REPORTING & SUPERVISION The Journalist reports to the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager and will collaborate closely with Program Development Officers and the Communications & Reporting Officer to develop compelling products.

The TO aims to strengthen Syrian communities and foster stability by expanding access to education and vocational training and increase learning opportunities for out of school children and youth interested in returning to accredited or certified education opportunities that help them to transition to school or work. The COP is to be based in Amman, Jordan and will be responsible for overall leadership and in-country management of the TO. The COP will be a creative and flexible leader and will need to be adept at remote management of the activity, taking into consideration the logistical requirements in Syria’s dynamic environment. The COP is responsible for overall programmatic management and implementation, while also providing technical expertise to project activities. Since its founding in 1977, Creative has earned a solid reputation among its clients and is well-regarded by competitors and partners alike.      Partnerships for Peace (P4P) is a five-year (August 30, 2016 – August 29, 2021) program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). P4P is a capacity-building and networking effort that supports West African regional institutions, national governments and civil society organizations (CSOs) to more effectively counter violent extremism in the Sahel region. The project approach is rooted in empowering West African institutions and organizations to lead sustainable, long-term peacebuilding efforts. The project currently works in Burkina Faso, Chad, Mauritania, and Niger, with a main field office in Accra, Ghana.   The Project Regional Close-out Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of field office and operational closure in Ghana, Burkina Faso , Chad, Mauritania and Niger and ensures Creative’s good standing with the host government. All applicable templates, policies and procedures will be provided to assist in the successful completion of the below activities.   The position will be based in Accra, Ghana, with potential travel to Burkina Faso, Chad, Mauritania, and Niger.
