Position Summary:       Creative is seeking a Social Accountability and Transparency Advisor for the USAID Local Governance, a 4-year program that will aim to is to strengthen the ability of local governments to be more responsive, effective, inclusive, and accountable. The Social Accountability and Transparency Advisor will be responsible forproviding technical leadership to enhance the accountability and transparency of local government units (LGUs).

The OM will direct all operational, administrative, compliance and financial functions of the project on behalf of Creative, providing operational and administrative support and expertise to the program, serves as lead in the absence of the Chief of Party (COP), and liaise with the client, other implementing partners and any other key stakeholders at the direction of the COP.
