Creative is seeking a Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) Advisor to lead the integration and improvement of the quality and relevance of GESI activities in for an anticipated USAID-funded program aimed at enhancing the Libya’s High National Election Commission’s (HNEC) capacity to organize and hold elections. The program will also support the increase in demand for credible elections from the Libyan public by enhancing the capacity of local civil society organizations to advocate, observe, and support democratic processes. The GESI Advisor will be based in Libya, with the exact location to be determined. They will provide guidance on gender and social inclusion mainstreaming throughout project implementation and will be responsible for gender and social inclusion analysis and program strategy.     Reporting and Supervision:  The GESI Advisor will report to the Chief of Party.    Expected Outcomes:   - The project’s gender equality and social inclusion strategy is implemented in compliance with project work plan and client expectations;  - The project meets or exceeds required GESIindicators established in the performance monitoring plan (PMP) and client reporting requirements; and  - The project successfully builds organizational capacity in project partners, government, and stakeholders to incorporate gender equality and social inclusion strategies and approaches that contribute to sustainability beyond the life of project.
