Creative Associates International is accepting expressions of interest and CVs from experts in peacebuilding and the independent media for the upcoming USAID-funded Peacebuilding and Independent Media Activity.

We are requesting CVs from experts in the following technical areas:

• Program Management experience, including technical and operational Deputy Chiefs of Party 
• Peacebuilding engagement and dialogue including familiarity with South Sudanese CSOs
• Independent media strengthening
• Media literacy and training
• Institutional strengthening, including for CSOs
• Social accountability and transparency
• Gender equality and social inclusion
• Civic engagement
• Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
• Operations/Administrative management
• Financial management
• Grants management
• Communications 
• HR and recruitment experience
   

General Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree or higher in business, international development, or a related field.
• 5 - 8+ years of demonstrated professional experience implementing activities in the areas of expertise identified above.
• Prior experience supporting donor funded programs and/or complex national programs with multiple aims and coordinated workstreams. USAID experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural team preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English preferred.
