Position Summary:   

Creative Associates seeks experts for anticipated donor-funded opportunities in our Economic Growth practice area in Central Asia.

Candidates with prior experience in one or more of the following areas of technical or administrative experience on USAID- and/or other donor funded programming are encouraged to apply for general interest:

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree(s) in Business, International Development, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred; 

• Minimum 5 years' experience working in relevant field; 

• Experience working with donor-funded programming, experience working with USAID programming is highly preferred; 

• Demonstrated experience working in Uzbekistan for USAID- or other donor funded programming; 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; and 

• Fluency in local language (Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Kazakh, Tajik, and Turkmen) and/or Russian, as well as fluency in English is required. 

Position contingent upon donor funding.
